Classical Conversations in St. Charles County!
Up until now there have been four Classical Conversations Communities in the St. Louis area meeting in South County, Maplewood, West County, and just over the river in Illinois.  Now you can join Classical Conversations in St. Charles County.

This fall we will be introducing the Classical Conversations Foundations program to the SCCHE community.  Foundations is open to children 12 years old and under.  We will meet for 12 weeks in the fall and then again in the spring on Thursdays from 9:00 -12:00 at Chapel of the Lake in Lake St. Louis beginning September 10.

Classical Conversations is a nationwide network of classical, Christian communities.  Students participate is art projects, science experiments, oral presentations, and a rigorous memorization program under the guidance of trained tutors.  The classical model emphasizes memorization in the early years.  Classical Conversations Foundations program provides an environment of accountability and friendly competition that makes memory work fun.  Classical Conversations is not a private school, but a service providing structure and support to families through tutors who have successfully homeschooled their own children.  Tutors model learning and teaching using the classical approach within a solidly Biblical worldview.  Classical Conversations exists to assist families in achieving the ultimate goal of Christian education: to know God and make Him known.

Informational Meetings will be held at Chapel of the Lake.
