Cheryl Hotchkiss has a B.S. in Microbial and Cellular Biology and a B.S. in Medical Technology, both from Emporia State
University. She worked in hospital labs in Kansas and Texas and as a research biologist at Monsanto’s Corporate
Research Labs before her four children were born. She homeschooled her own children for twenty-one years. Cheryl has
taught at the Learning Center for 15 years and three years at HeartStrong. She also tutors and leads the children’s
ministries at her church. Cheryl enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She loves learning and enjoys
encouraging others to do the same.
