Your request to join SCCHE will be submitted to SCCHE leadership for approval after completion of this form.
Approval will not be granted until payment of annual fee is received. You may pay using online payment or by mailing a check. When you submit this completed form by clicking the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page you will be directed to a page that gives information on sending your check or how to complete the online payment.
When payment is received by SCCHE, your account will be reviewed and then activated and you will be able to login.
I understand and affirm that the SCCHE Statement of Faith and the gospel of Jesus Christ form the foundation and shape the identity of SCCHE. Therefore, they are central to the teaching in all SCCHE classes as well as to every other activity and function of the organization. I have also read and agree to the SCCHE Policies

HeartStrong classes: Go to the class titled “HeartStrong Registration Starts Here – Policies, Procedures, Signatures,” read the instructions, and register (as explained). There is no cost. You need to register here (just once) before signing up for HeartStrong classes.
Learning Center, Bands, Choirs: Go to the class titled “Learning Center, Bands, Choirs Registration Starts Here - Policies, Procedures, Signatures,” read the instructions, and register (as explained). There is no cost. You need to register here (just once) before signing up for and Learning Center classes or any band or choir offerings.
